1. General Terms

By purchasing or using any database products or services from RSA List Services Corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of all executive contact databases, consulting services, and related products provided by RSA List Services Corporation.

2. Data Usage Policy

All databases purchased from RSA List Services Corporation are licensed for the purchaser's internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of database content with third parties is strictly prohibited. The data may be used for direct marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and business development purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. License Agreement

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the database content for your organization's marketing and sales activities. This license does not transfer ownership of the data. RSA List Services Corporation retains all intellectual property rights to the database content and compilation methodology.

4. Limitation of Liability

RSA List Services Corporation strives to provide accurate and up-to-date executive contact information. However, due to the dynamic nature of corporate personnel changes, RSA List Services Corporation cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. Our liability is limited to providing database replacements as outlined in our replacement policy.

5. Database Replacement Policy

All database purchases include 12 months of free database replacements from the date of purchase. Replacement databases will include the most current data available at the time of the replacement request. Replacement requests should be directed to our support team via email or phone.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to delivery of database products. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Custom database compilations may require a deposit prior to commencement of work.
